ok so i have an....
insightful ghostly staff of enchnating req.10 earth magic quick recovery from weakness 10% casting speed +4energy 15% longer enchants i no the mods arent the best they come on it but plz pc it ty

i like staffs like this! it can be considered perfect because its duel moded and the cast speed chance (%) is maxed, nice mods for an earth ele too, plus great skin.
ill second Bongo's pc, possibly more

No, weakness makes your physical attacks deal less damage. Useless to a caster.
